Overview
Long before luxury residences lined the waterfront, Port Rashid Dubai served as the city’s first commercial port and one of the foundations of Dubai’s maritime economy. Today, that historic destination has entered a new chapter as Rashid Yachts & Marina by Emaar, transforming Mina Rashid into a modern waterfront neighbourhood centred around one of the region’s most prestigious yacht marinas. Rather than replacing its maritime identity, the masterplan builds upon it, combining heritage, hospitality and contemporary residential living within a landmark coastal destination.
At the heart of the community lies Mina Rashid Marina, a full-service marina designed to accommodate more than 430 yacht berths, surrounded by waterfront promenades, restaurants, cafés, retail experiences and landscaped public spaces. Residential offerings include contemporary one to four-bedroom apartments, marina-facing homes and selected townhouses overlooking the waterfront. Residents enjoy direct access to the marina promenade while remaining only minutes from Bur Dubai, Downtown Dubai, DIFC and Dubai International Airport. This combination of coastal living and central connectivity distinguishes Rashid Yachts & Marina Dubai from many of Dubai’s newer waterfront destinations.
Unlike greenfield master communities, Rashid Yachts & Marina is being created through the regeneration of one of Dubai’s most historic waterfront locations. Each new residential launch contributes to a broader vision that blends luxury living, marina facilities and public waterfront spaces into a cohesive destination. Buyers exploring Mina Rashid Emaar benefit from flexible payment plans, Emaar’s proven development track record and a limited supply of premium marina-front residences. As additional phases are delivered, the community continues to strengthen its position among Dubai’s most sought-after waterfront investment destinations.

Community
Every part of Rashid Yachts & Marina has been designed around the marina itself. Rather than treating the waterfront as a backdrop, the masterplan places it at the centre of daily life, with residential buildings, promenades, cafés and public spaces all orientated towards the water. This creates a neighbourhood where the marina is not simply an amenity but the focal point of the community. The result is a distinctive lifestyle that combines luxury residences with one of the Middle East’s newest superyacht destinations.
At the heart of the community is a full-service marina with 430+ wet berths accommodating yachts up to 100 metres, making Rashid Yachts & Marina one of Dubai's premier yachting destinations.
Marina-front residences, landscaped promenades and public spaces create a lifestyle centred around the water, with every residential district connected to the marina.
Built on the historic Port Rashid Dubai, the masterplan preserves the area's maritime identity while introducing a modern residential and leisure destination.
Floating yacht clubs, waterfront dining, boutique retail and leisure attractions create a destination designed around life on the marina rather than simply beside it.
Residents enjoy a marina address just minutes from Bur Dubai, Downtown Dubai, DIFC and Dubai International Airport, offering both exclusivity and convenience.
New residential launches continue to introduce limited collections of marina-facing apartments and townhouses, strengthening Rashid Yachts & Marina's long-term investment appeal.
Nearby
The centrepiece of the community, the marina accommodates more than 430 yacht berths and vessels up to 100 metres, creating one of the Middle East's newest superyacht destinations.
Permanently docked at Port Rashid, the historic QE2 has been transformed into a floating hotel, museum and dining destination, preserving one of the area's most recognisable landmarks.
A waterfront boulevard lined with cafés, restaurants and retail spaces, encouraging residents to enjoy walking, outdoor dining and views across the marina throughout the day.
Designed as a social hub for yacht owners and visitors, the floating yacht club adds an exclusive dimension to the marina lifestyle while supporting the community's maritime identity.
Six landscaped parks are woven throughout the masterplan, providing green open spaces for relaxation, recreation and family activities within walking distance of the waterfront.
One of the community's signature leisure features, the canal pool complements the marina lifestyle with resort-style swimming and waterfront relaxation.
Daily life
Rashid Yachts & Marina is primarily a waterfront residential destination, so most schools are located in neighbouring Bur Dubai and Al Mankhool rather than within the community itself. Families benefit from a choice of well-established British, Indian and international curriculum schools, all within a short drive.
Residents have quick access to healthcare facilities in Bur Dubai and Oud Metha, with several hospitals and specialist clinics located within a 10 to 15-minute drive. As the community develops, additional healthcare services are expected to complement the growing residential population.
Retail within Rashid Yachts & Marina is expanding as new phases are completed. In the meantime, residents can conveniently access supermarkets in Al Mina, Bur Dubai and nearby mixed-use communities for everyday grocery shopping.
Despite its marina setting, Rashid Yachts & Marina by Emaar enjoys excellent city connectivity. The community is accessed via Sheikh Rashid Road (D75) and Al Mina Road (D92), providing direct routes to Downtown Dubai, DIFC, Dubai International Airport and Deira. Taxis and ride-hailing services are readily available, while nearby metro stations and cruise facilities strengthen transport options. Although there is no metro station within the community itself, Al Ghubaiba Metro Station and Sharaf DG Metro Station are both reachable within approximately 10 minutes by car. As the waterfront masterplan progresses, pedestrian promenades and internal mobility will become an increasingly important part of daily life.
