Fortimo Real Estate Development has built a selective Dubai portfolio spanning rental residences, hospitality and homes for sale. Its local projects include PRIVÀ Living in Arjan, opened in 2019, REVIER Hotel in Business Bay, opened in 2021, and The Golf Residence in Dubai Hills Estate. The latter marked the group’s first build-for-sale residential development in Dubai.
Fortimo Group follows an integrated development model, with capabilities spanning planning, construction, marketing, property management and financing. In Switzerland, the company states that it has planned and realised more than 3,500 residential units since 2000.
